I've been looking towards APB since mmorpg.com added it. I remember people saying how it wasn't going to happen but now it looks like it will. I love the idea of the game.

Yeah Aion is a good game but I am so bored of Fantasy Type Games and look for something new, APB will be a good refreshment on what the mmorpg's are going to. And Like you I am sure I will prepurchase this .

Very much want to give APB a shot looking forward to beta.

100 players a server isnt an MMORPG, its more like a MOFPS (Multiplayer Online FPS)

Probably a troll but I'll bite. 100 players is per CITY. It's 1000 players per WORLD (server). That means, everytime I enter a city on a server, only 100 people can be there at a time but I can always go to another city. Think of it in terms of zones in MMO worlds like the Arathi Plains in WoW or Tortage in AoC. You barely EVER see more than 100 people in a single zone anyway. Beyond that, the game would just be another zerg fest where numbers are the ultimate, determing factor.

I am so in need of something else other than the fantasy genre now seen on MMO's!
