Yeah because you know...this Japanese Band actually has some of the same designs, logos, AND even have a song called Aion...and an album called Aionism. And you know the group sorta looks like they could pass off as Asmodians...

The only real argument is maybe the name (which you can't copyright) everything else is fantasy stock.  Like the other guy said you'd get laughed out of court.

you havent went to court in a long time have you.in usa there are million of lawsut triggered by the governement way more silly 

then this 

lot of lawyer sue for baught copyright 

they dont make stuff they only buy copy or pay inventor to think of a possible futur invention

lot of telecomunication company are stuck in court because of theose closet company that sue 

in usa court is one if not the biggest industry 

if that polish band doesnt sue ,they only have themselves to blame 

it doesnt mather if this is true,that band will be overflowing with phonecall from lawyer firm that wants to represent them in court

You can always sue.. but the question is do you have a real case?  Not really.  Some people look for any reason to hate a game.. probably will all end up playing though ;)

Damn, you must be trying hard to be wrong. The only thing they dont have a chance with is the name. Their case would be based upon the artistic content. They would most likely lose though as I'm sure they have a wealth of dated pre concept media which shows a gradual evolution to the overall style. If they however uncanily did happen to just instantly have very, very similar art content...

no aion had issue ,they worked the kinks out this week

it worked smoothly last i tried it (tursday)

so unless att or any other company screw up connection aion will have a smooth lunch

Even if they had a case, Polish courts have no jurisdiction over an Asian company. Even if the courts found in favor of the band all Aion would have to do is not do business in Poland. Korean courts definitely would not take the case and international courts, like everyone has said, are a joke and wouldn't even take this case. I think NCsoft is safe. The font/look of the covers aion and statues of angles (it's Poland the worlds most devote catholic nation) say little to me. If you knew anything about Poland you would know that shit is everywhere.

In all honesty this is the first mmorpg in years that keeps on getting topics on futile stuff like this.

If they were an American band, and NCsoft was an American company, the band could sue, and would win.
