This is mostly cinematics, I can't tell what the gameplay will be like from that video, can't even see the UI. |

actually, that was in game footage, you can tell by the hp coming off of the players and monsters :p |

Yeah, not sure why people think it's cinematics. The graphics are great, but they're not that great. It'll be interesting to see if it's fun to be locked into animations like that in an MMORPG (the advantages are our characters will look like they're actually engaged in combat with our opponent -- and look amazing visually on top of that. The disadvantage is we're locked into animations and probably can't move while this stuff is happening.) I may be sorta harsh on EVE, but damn is this a cool trailer (EVE Dominion). |

with graphics like that tho , would they have to run the game with lots of "instances" "zones" "channels" ?? im guessing that would be the case or there would be major lag... ----------------------------------------------- |

Lmao, they even used old Lineage II sounds (referring to the 'Ahhh' grunt sounds they make when they attack or get hit). |
