After reading this thread what comes to mind is a ton of people that don't get it putting a lot of effort into crying about it.
When I think of eve I'm just thankful that there is a game intense and deep enough to stay interesting for 5 years. I expect the same will be true 5 years from now. |

EVE is about patience and is 100% what you make of it. If it's awesome, it's because you made your game that way. If it's boring ... well ... same rule applies. |

Wondering if I'll ever find a reason to quit playing. 2+ years and CCP keeps finding ways to make the game exciting and fun w/o destroying the core game play. A rare thing and something no other company has achieved IMO.

Near-perfection, frankly. My only misgivings about EVE also apply to most other MMOs, certainly all sandbox MMOs: repetitive missions and immensely stupid player-run empires that don't fit into the setting at all.
