Also about low population, choose the right server, stop going on the small, dead ones. On the ones I play, Iron Rock(Order) and Dark Crag(Destruction) There is plenty of people on to do things, I have never had issues doing SCs, oRvR, PQs, or anything else. |

Things that affect the majority of players. |

I won't argue that you feel "tons" of things have been fixed. There have been some big patches to the game with both bug fixes and new content. The problem I think most who have left will find is that not enough of the right things have been fixed or addressed. The fixes did not resolve the reasons why many people left, regardless of the volume of changes in the last year.

Balance, AoE, City sieges, performance issues, the list goes on of the BIG things being fixed, and that have been fixed. It is so obvious you have not been on its not even funny.
The servers mentioned are holding steady with population, even getting more slightly everyday, I do census you know?
The ones that are dead they want people to move off of, not by force but by choice. I would rather see 4 good pop servers then everyone spread out. I believe from the looks of things they are trying to do just that. |

i really enjoyed this game and would luv to come back to see what changes have been made, but the problem is the changes made i want to see were all in T4, there is no way i could get to see T4 on a 10 day trial. If they want me and alot of people like me to come back do like LOTRO does all the time. Turn on everyones account for 2 weeks, in 2 weeks if i haven't resubed, turn it off. It would let us come back and see the changes on OUR characters. I been saying this for a while now, if they ever hear and turn them on i'll come back and i might stay. Haven't felt anything but disapointment from games lately, and in several betas that don't look like they are taking the proper path to a great game, no idea what to hope for anymore...... |

But it's only my opinion. **If your still playing, at least, you should cheer up the game instead of pulling it down. Stop complaining and try to move your ass. |

There are people reading this who are considering trying it out. It's fair play to let them know BOTH sides. |

I play Warhammer for 2 months but paid 3 months. The first month was 30 days play. The reason I sub the game because one time I have joined wb to defend T2 Keep, we had about 3 wbs and Desto also got that number. The defense lasted 7-8 hours and Desto keeps trying to capture the keep, non-stop. We found Desto tried to attack the Keep around 2 pm, and they initiated the attack around 4pm, we won the defense until 23:30 pm. After that, I sub the game but the game become Peacehammer like the small hammer uses in court. Everyone judged on the game. The result is Warhammer is Guilty, life sentence. |

I gace it 3 tries. Pve is boring and the pvp is too repetitive. Still laggy at times and the comabt is average at best still. It seems nothing has changed since release. |

No real improvement yet in T3 and T4. |

I've been playing since Beta and the game has improved substantially. The game certainly isn't for everyone, but to say they haven't made huge strides in the past year would be a blatant lie. The game has changed a lot, but its still Warhammer -- and if you have/had fundamental issues with the game design, you will always have those problems. They are improving/tweaking the game they launched with, not giving it massive overhauls and not making it something it isn't. |

Personally I don't think the game has improved substantially. Not that Mythic hasn't tried, because I can see they understand the major issues of the game, but they just have not nailed the solutions yet. Not for lack of trying, but rather lack of effectiveness.
This thread is about giving the game a second chance, which I do every few months. Mostly to hang out with real life friends who still play. Every time though it is the same results from the same issues.
What really has changed over the last year that resolved the big issues holding the game back, because honestly I don't see it.
It still bums me out, because I want to love this game. |

I have been playing since release. Well, the truth for me is, I've had major client performance improvements to the point where I never reduce my computers settings under balanced anymore, even in fortress fights. At one point the game was unplayable for me under certain conditions, now it is. I consider those performance improvements. I'm sure results may vary depending on PC setup as I have a decent rig. PvE hasn't changed much, aside from an entire new zone and dungeon with Land of the Dead. You may not like it -- which is fine, I don't do backflips with it either, but its a pretty substantial change that you can't just blow off and pretend it didn't add anything. I've had some fun times in there but I have no desire to do it on a regular basis, nor have I for any other PvE content for the variety of MMO's I've played. Improving end game design -- Just off the top of my head they have added zone domination, 2nd ramps in keeps, keep upgrade system, RvR influence rewards, Token system for end game gear and made major changes to city siege PQ's... I'll say it again, they are improving and tweaking their core design. If you have fundamental issues with that design, than those improvements will not hold any weight with you. I don't care if you like this game or not, I'm not here to convince you one way or the other, but things have changed quite a bit in the game. You may not view those changes as positive, but there are others that may.

It still bums me out, because I want to love this game. I don't know what your "big issues holding the game back" are, because people look for different things. But here are mine.... The biggest gripes for ME that were fixed are: 1) Ward System: Hard to get, and had to wear the gear to get the ward: Fixed with new System My biggest gripes for ME that are NOT fixed: Are there a bunch of other little things that bother me? Sure, but they aren't big enough for me to overlook the enjoyable parts. |

My biggest complaint with the game is the performance. It still runs like it was still in development. I can ran Age of Conan (when I played it) on this beast of a machine on full settings and did not have any problems; yet, this game I have to turn everything off and it still runs like total crap. Its worse than a free to play mmo; which, it should be free to play and that's just my opinion. You can plainly see this game has taken a stumble since launch and you are in denial if you say other wise. I really wanted to see this game work well; but, its been a year and its not much better than it was when I was in beta. Damn shame, I'd rather play SWG than this and that's a pathetic direction to have to go for a one up.
