Glad to see it's not just me, though I assumed that it was just some kind of glitch, since the next time I tried to log in I got an error connecting to the authentication server.

What is an ARS mobile payment, anyway, and what does it have to do with Aion?

My how impatient you all are, it's not like your paying to try to open beta can't you wait a little? or you can't even waste a single minute without playing?

This all comes extra if you preordered/bought game.

I am getting the error "cannot connect to the authorization server" .... im curious since I have been thru all the previous betas, thats why I am getting that particular message and not the account being not paid ... anyone else that cannot connect to authorization server?

Can I play now?

How can you be "curios" as to why you cantlog on ?

This is a launch of a mmo.  There are thousands of people trying to log on right NOW ...Don' you have the mental capacity to understand that might just cause a bottleneck ?

I am gettign the havenot payed.with US number to ring etc..i am EU with EU set in my Nsoft account settings but US client showing in the launcher.. which i understand is normal..

i got past authentication, but when i went to choose a server it said couldn't connect.

login servers are up game servers not up yet it seems.

I am getting the same thing too. 

Also, I noticed that if you played AION during closed beta you have to change your Aion password in the NCSOFT master account page.

Bah got to the server select then got the "cannot connect" and a firm boot up my arse to desktop.

After seeing all this, I think I'll go golfing and then try this evening.

I also had the same problems, lol I got both the authentication server as well as the non- payment error messages. I knew it would be laggy, but I suppose I had hoped they would have had the hardware in place knowing that many would be trying the game. It's kinda like saying you are letting everyone into the Super Bowl for free and then renting a high school field to play it in. :D Oh well, I'll try again in a few hours to see if it has settled down by then.

OK  I have 3 accounts the account that was a digital download thru the NCstore is giving the account suspended for payment ARS thing.. the Gamestop CE preorder is giving me username password do not match, and the Amazon preorder lets me get to server select and then tells me no servers are up.

Maybe you should apply that patience to reading posts. Your response does not address why people were getting a message that their accounts were suspended due to non-payment of their ARS mobile aacount. You have to admit that it was a rather odd error message.  It's not a matter of being patient, but trying to figure out what the message meant and if it was a real problem.

Dunno you but there were like 4+ threads regarding the error and there was also a thread made by a moderator sticky stating why there are errors.

The impatient part was because some people can't wait 1 minute without playing It's open beta so stuff like this can help ncsoft to prevent it on launch.

This is what I get when I try to login. I've never received an email or warning. I have also never talked to anyone in game throughout the CBT. And obviously I'm not running hacks and bots. -_-
