Im not sure if they have opened the servers or not, but I heard OB starts today.  But I cannot log in.  Anyone able to yet or have they not opened the servers?

I could swear that Fileplanet was advertising this as a September 5th start. I see that the date has magically changed to Sept. 6 on their site.

Would explain some of the confusion people are having over when this starts. I'm pretty sure that it said the 5th yesterday

Im playing right now.  Servers are up since midnight.

^^^ Fool probably deleted GameGuard... Don't get me wrong... GG still sucks.

I think its GameGuard, the anit botting crap they put in the game. Yeah, it sucks, but i can always delete it after beta.

Probably gameguard that showed as trojan. Same thing happened to me with Lineage 2.

It was something called "Artemis."  I don't know if that is anything to worry about but I wasn't taking chances.

You aren't mistaken. It used to say Sept. 5th but they were wrong. It was just a mistake on their part.

ahhhh gotcha lol..thanks! just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing out on killing boars in the forest

There are quite a few 'google' links about McAffe and this trojan

Seems most tech sites seem to think it is a McAfee problem as it is even being found on virgin machines and only involves McAfee...so maybe nothing to do with Aion or GG

The servers are up but the account authentication servers are not.  Are you a NCSoft employee or Developer?

Agreed, maybe that one site showed Sept. 5th.  But every article, website and online piece of media related to the OB has stated the 6th.
