MMORPG.com and Bigfoot Networks have teamed up to bring you a very cool contest offer where we are giving away twelve (12) KillerNIC Xeno high performance gaming network cards! KillerNIC cards improve your computers performance by freeing up your CPU from networking operations and creating an overall smoother multiplayer gaming experience! Each prize is worth $129.95!

As with all of our contests at MMORPG.com, the more days you login to MMORPG.com during the contest the better your odds of winning!  (see official contest rules)

NOTE: We are sorry but only US/Canadian members are eligible to enter this contest due to shipping constraints.

being in the uk, i would gladly take the chance at entering the comp, if i won then i would pay the shipping, that would be no problem what so ever, come on mmorpg, change those silly shipping rules :(

Another one with shipping constraints...

See my idea of getting around it:

I would not get excited about this.  Since most of you are running dual core or better computers, the need for this card is negligible.  Your cpu is idling much of the time anyways waiting on memory, hard disk, graphics cards, etc.

All this card is is a gimmick.  They can't sell them so they give them away.

The card does more than free up CPU cycles. It also replaces the network stack among other things. All reviews agree that the card does indeed work.

However the increases are minor and it's difficult for all but the hardcore to justify the price. Though I have seen people pay  more for a video card that yielded less gains than this network card. To each his own.

Never make anything idiot proof as someone will make a better idiot.

1#  I am in the UK so prohibited from entry (and agree with the winner pays shipping idea)

2#  Read a couple of reviews and not sure this gizmo is worth the two minutes it would take to install.
