I was going to play the head start for DDO EU since I received an invite from beta testing it but seeing how the goddamn thing won't run for me I'm catching up on this past season of Lost. Incidentally, is there a more overrated show on television? Love the handle doohicky that allows the island to travel through time >_> Yes, I'm that bored. 1.For god's sake mmo gamers, enough with the analogies. They're unnecessary and your comparisons are terrible, dissimilar, and illogical. 2.To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself. |

playing WoW. I'm still new at it so I am trying to get my skills up so when I move to Aion I will have a better understanding of this genre of game. My background is 10+ years of racing sims, so it is a drastic change for me. I am having a blast with it though! |

I'm eating fancy crackers with some Swiss cheese. Stopped on WoW to say goodbye to some friends and give my exGL 4kg for the guild. Then played Operation 7 for some countless hours. Still wishing I bought CS:Source for times like these. Wishing that I had rented a game for my ps3 or xbox. Playing with my puppy. Going to work. Listening to the Beatles. Take a shit during breaks. I've been playing Sacred 2. It's a Diablo clone. It's a lil buggy. Overall though, I really like it. The loot system and leveling system keeps me comming back for more. |

Trying out some f2p MMOs as I don't want to get committed to a game (MMO or single player) by the end of a month if I can help it. These things have really come on. So far I've tried: Dungeon Runners: OK. Very fast paced. sort of a mix between an MMO and Diablo really. Not my cup of tea really but I can see why some people might light it. Runes of Magic: Very professional looking and very WOWish. OK so far (a tad grindy) but haven't got too far Chronicles of Spellborn: Wow. Looks and feels very similar to a p2p (which of course it used to be). Tries some new ideas out well I think, although I wouldn't pay for it on subscription to its a good thing it is f2p. Excellent stuff. Recommended if you can stand the big download. Might use this as a break from Aion occasionally if I pick that up as my main MMO. |

I was close to getting a buddy pass on AOC from a guild-mate. A bunch of them play and I was thinking about giving it a shot but I've spent several hours reading up on AOC and I just can't bring myself to try it (there's a lot of anger out there on several forums!). I guess I just can't get the Arnold Swarchenegger imagery out of my head :P Seriously though, I only play one MMORPG at a time (No sense starting AOC now). Over the summer I activated two of my DAOC accounts and rolled some Thid toons. I had a blast for a couple of months but I cancelled those in anticipation of AION. |

. ive been playing around with my new blackberry (totally kickass), going to college, working, get interviews at gamecrazy, weight lifting and mma training, listen to music, and playing my consoles. i cant wait for aion tho. stupid fileplanet. i cant get into their beta for aion cuz i dont give them money. the bastards.
