to OP: if you bought that killer machine to play Aion, you got cheated, but if you bought it to watch Age of Conan boobs in dx 13 in zoom mode x10 good buy! :)
on topic: its a grand machine, but its overkill for Aion, i got a 2,4 ghz quadcore 4gb ram and a 512 mb ram ati gfx, and i can run everything on max, so you dont have to worry for the next year or 2, :) i cant say 3, because who knows what will happen in development in the near future.
ps: to the guy who said he thought of usb slots like they were..cough..u know..well, i just read you can actually get a ...cough..u know... for the usb slot, so happy usb hunting lol :) :) |

im in the university in Sweden. We got like 10 mbits down 5 mbit up for free. 5 years.. And free electricity and 2 months of free rent. I kill for fun... |

Well it's not 80 euro a month ...but only 64.95 euro and what you get for that price is a high speed internet connection...a free . TV Channels Receiver with .60 channels ..free wireless modem.. Free telephone connection ...you use your internet connection for that And any new customer get a free installation for you digi tv and internet and you have no contract....so you can switch with any other isp when you want So all together not a bad deal in think

Ram is more or less for the speed of multiple programs at once, and the CPU and GPU(for video applications such as video games) is what dictates single application speeds, i.e. (If it were a perfect world and you had the best graphics card and internet speed) The CPU decides how fast to start up engines and other similar applications inside a video game. The GPU helps tremendously in every video game, mainly because it relieves pressure on the ram and the cpu from loading polygons and other graphics. It is also know if you use DDR3 memory don't bother with 16gigs, DDR3 in design works better at 12gigs(4x3gig DDR3) than 16gigs. :P Playing: Guild Wars and Exteel |

Water cooling is overrated imo. Air is almost as good for stock and if your actually going to overclock AIR > Water. I wouldnt suggest watercooling to a first time builder. |
