blah blah blah, cut the shit. let everyone decide himself whats fun/important to him in life. |

Giving people the attention they crave is not necessarily a bad thing. I do wish he'd stop just using the same cut and paste responses though. This discussion can't move forward without progressing beyond the how into the 'why'. |

The OP is one twisted SOB, first he claims that he doesn't care for other people's feelings on matters of killing them because he cannot control their feelings, but then claims to be out there killing because he wants to hurt the enemies morale which is indeed an attempt to control other people's feelings. Not to mention the fact that he is so involved and steeped in the game, in game victory is infinitely more important to him then the feelings of others playing the game. Your logic is flawed because in an interactive environment what you do can indeed control the emotions of others. |

Hahahaha your statement is completely flawed. The game doesn't allow you to grief but you wish to do so anyway. Griefing is against the EULA. Ganking is acceptable, mainly because its gunna happen. You sir, just lost. Playing: Guild Wars and Exteel |

Let me ask you this. You say that you "grief" (note i dont address ganking b/c I concider it moot) in order to help your side WIN. So to you what is winning? Its a game .. the enjoyment comes from fighting other people and playing the game. If everyone adopted your attitude and the sole goal of *winning*, which it seems from what your saying is to drive the opposition off, to harrass them to the point that they quit playing, in what state will the game be in 6 months form now? Will one side have *won* and be the only players left? Wheres the fun in that? Why destroy the game you want to play? Play with a little decency and the game will thrive. If everyone is a douche and adopts the greifer attitude the game will fail. Of course this wont happen because greifers are a small minority. Just trying to see what the OP thinks *winning* really is in these games. |

Are you incapable of discerning what is fair outside of the game mechanics, or do you choose to ignore fairness, subjective as it may be, in order to fulfill your need to win? |

Blow him off, the dude is a troll who neither believes his own crap or plays that way. If he really is like this we should feel thankful that he is terrorizing lowbies instead of prowling the real world. Someone like this who has an identity so wrapped up in winning a game is a pathetic example that the rest of us hate being ascociated with. The fact that we keep responding is just driving up his post count with more idiotic cut and paste. On the flip side, most guys like this have such trouble relating with others that they usually have crap gear, and when you catch them 1 v 1 with a toon of the same lvl you can send them back to the spawn point until they have to log to a different toon. |

You are incorrect. I already explained what you can do about it. You can learn not to make excuses and grind harder. |

If everyone had your atitude, there'd be no reason for you to troll. And you completely ignore me, so obviously you know I'm right. We might as well all report you for trolling. It's the only way to get what's right on this forum. Playing: Guild Wars and Exteel |

Well with that kind of logic be sure to tell your future cellmate hi. I've met guys doing time for murder with more open minded attitudes. |

So you say now. If you were to log on every day for weeks only to be constantly killed by higher level characters you could not even dent .. you'd soon get sick of it. I'm taking griefing here .. they dont allow you to kill ONE mob to gain XP. You can never level .. you can never gain gear .. you just die over and over and over. Sure thats me taking it to the extreem .. but you dont seem to register anything but extreem scenerio's /shrug |

Why wouldn't I ignore concepts that don't really exist? |

See, this is proof you've never actually played Aion. You know such a scenario is impossible. |

Does Aion have a policy regarding ganking and griefing?

But your attitude, even in a game, is socially abnormal. If you tune out your feelings to play a game, and let me reiterate that point; a game, something by it's definition that is supposed to be enjoyable; then you'll start to disconnect from life too. These are signs of depression. You don't know why you don't feel anything, you just don't, so you accept it, and even claim it to be a boon. You strive to win because you hope that winning will fill that void inside of you, but when it doesn't you become ravenous, you hunger for winning because you need it. You need to feel, but no matter how many times you win it just doesn't make you any less empty inside. If it hurt to lose you'd be a masochist, but you can't even feel that. Please, don't despair. There are people who can and will care about you if you give them the chance. Eventually you'll be able to feel again, it just takes time and the willingness to open yourself up. |

And don't say the slayer system will stop them, hell give it a month for some to max out levels and they'll roll griefer alts just for shits and giggles and grind them up to mow down lowbies. -A low post count doesn't always mean a dummy account for flaming or fanboi posting, sometimes it just means you don't shoot your mouth off randomly to see the numbers under your name increase........or you only really post after the 2nd case of beer |
