GW2 information is coming sooner than i expected, i thought that it will be at PAX, but im now holding my breath for a reveal *this week*!!! That according to Mike Obrien'w wiki:

I wonder how soon, soon really is? Some have speculated that they haven't shared much about GW2 because they didn't want it to steal Aion's thunder... So maybe that news is still more than a month away, after Aion launch... Regardless, even that little tidbit is encouraging that the game does in fact exist!

It is about time! This better be good! :)

 As a voice of cynicism on these boards I'm a little bit loathe to show any undue excitement... Needless to say I'll be watching the week ahead quite intently.

Either way, the game will not e released next year.

But is nice to know they are worried about their community.

I cant wait!!!! GW2 will be the best MMO ever :)  Think we might have a WoW killer on our hands?

IGN also has an article about more information about Guild Wars 2 coming this week and that they expect a big reveal of the game.  Ears peeled people! :) ... That looks weird when I type that... "ears peeled."

You know that guy who wrote GW2 would be a Wow Killer and stuff? While I couldn`t care less it did give me a thought. I mean WHY would Arenanet release info on their biggest game exacly THIS weak and steal the spotlight from another ncSoft game Aion which is comming out much sooner?

Theory? What other big announcements will there be this weak? Friday and saturday to be exact.

Could it be that Arenanet wants to steal the spotlight not from Aion but another popular MMO title? Is it a mere coincidance that they decided to present this very anticipated game exacly this weak while Blizzard will be showing off their games? And what do the Illuminati have to do with this???

I believe the are revealing information this week for a couple reasons... but the main reason, because of the changes at NCSoft and how people were then concerned that GW2 would no longer come to light. Also they want to compete with BlizzCon no doubt. Plus even though Aion is coming out.. information about GW2 will direct players to NCSoft which will then direct players to Aion. They don't really need release that much more information about Aion with all the info out there and betas and stuff.

Plus if Aion did fail.. NCSoft could say "hey well we have GW2 so there is something to be excited about coming from NCSoft so pay attention to us."
