I post it here for not having it locked like always on euro forum. Anyway, when you get a premade level 50 you start your main quest, the destiny one at level 50. Now this quest at level 30 and 40 gives you a choose btw increasing attack, defence or regeneration of your char, but since this part of the quest are missing will your char be weaker? I spoken with a GM and he told me there is no way to give those bonus unless you start to level from 1 another char. Now before i'm gonna make my new char to 80 i want to know if there is going to be a patch to fix this, or better a reskill ncp to readd this kind of bonus for all the ppl. I guess a good thing would be letting everyone to reset the main quest. Thanks.

You still get to pick it. As soon as you make your level 50 premade, you get the quest line which you have to go and talk with a few people. You get gear, a ring and a chance to choose one of those. If you didn't get that option, then somehow you clicked to fast or your character got bugged.

You should be able to get the starter for this quest line at the home town of your race.
Seek the places where players arriving from Tortage spawn.

I believed there are level penalty starts from on level 40, 50 (don't know 60 since my highest lv is 54 but I also believe it goes all way up to 80) and the penalty is obviously. After you click on NPC then the NPC reply simply tells you that they expected that way to happen. 

This is Checkpoint in the game. It sucks because it is how the game balance you. In other words, it is sort of hidden nerfs for every 10 levels. 

Your free level 50 you get credit for doing the level 30 DQ, you just have to go to your DQ NPC and pick your reward.
