In reality, I guess they are doing the appropriate job adapting as the MMO genre keeps changing.  Not everyone likes it, but there's nothing that everyone likes.

Explain how Blizzard has given us stuff worse than the NGE, launching an expansion just prior to the NGE and being forced to give refunds, introducing item shops in every game even after promising it would never happen....please how is Blizzard worse?

Well, I completely trust Blizzard... to make a hugely successful game. I mean, once the cards are down, that's what they are.
If you look at WoW for just what it is, a huge, well polished game, that puts a strong focus on their casual audience, you'll see that they're absolutely true to their word. They say they're making the game easier, and they are. I played WoW, and I don't anymore. That's that. It's not that I don't trust Blizzard, it's that I trust that they'll make something for casual players. Unless they dramatically change their perspective on the market before their next MMO launches, then I probably won't buy in.

Yes, i would trust blizzard again. Even though they did turn heal from what they said in the first 8 mths (mainly the PvP BG's were only ment as a fix for the PvE servers, something better was in the works for the PvP servers that ended up being canned and BG's were the main focus), then there would be joint EU/US servers were friends could meet up that was also dropped 8 mths after release. Why they do that i dont know, blizard shouldnt need to, Sony can do it, blizard should be able to as well. Can understand smaller companies not being able to, but now i think its a fart assed route of hitting customers with more wallet abuse if they wanted to team with friends.

Why, well this has been their 1st sole online subscription based game and it has held the #1 topspot for the past 4yrs, toppling the current EQ/UO and others that were at the top back then. Not only that, but they have brought in new idea's to the genre (and also sucky things too), its been a learning curve that they should have worked out alot of what players are after now.

Hopefully they wiull incorprate the good idea's from WoW (and any other games) as well as bring in even more good things and remove the bad things players didnt like (grinding/questing will always be there in every game so these dont count).

So if blizard can do that, then yes, i probably will purchase their next online mmo. Wasnt bothered about starcraft myself. I am however looking forward to Diablo 3 and yes i have bought all blizard games released so far on the PC (except some warcraft 2 expansion packs).

Just because something is the most popular doesn't make it the best for everyone.  Example:  Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers.

The question is:  "Will you trust Blizzard again after Wow?" 

There is no wrong answer because each person knows what they like in an MMO.  I like deep compelling worlds with massive environments and a well fleshed out world PvP system.  I like fighting over objectives with other players.  I very much dislike gear grinds, gear based games, over the top flashy gear, and most of all instanced arcade like PvP.

To me I don't trust Blizzard to make an MMORPG that will appeal to me.  I trust they will make an extremely popular game that the masses will play.  I trust they will make Diablo 3 the shit, and Starcraft 2 will be unbelievable.  I love the company, but I disagree with their vision of what a good MMORPG is regardless if they have billions of subs or not.  All of my favorite MMO's have around 250-500k subs on average throughout their lifetime.

Word. As far as the quote above I see it more as a consistent pattern of quality games.

Guess I don't really "get" the question.  I mean it's not like Blizz is a person who committed a violent crime and now I have to trust them to stay at my house.  I'm not a fanboi or hater of any "gaming" company. Make a good product, get my money. Don't and you won't.

Crazy concept;

WoW has been huge for like 6 years now and it sbeen loved by millions regardless of direction which I actualy support the direction I like balanced PvP but thats beside the point.  With a game of this calibur how can you not anticipate the next blizz title.  Sc2  Diablo 3  the new mmo..  I am looking forward to all 3, remember games are games your not suppose to pick 1 game and play it for the rest of your life, play it love it tire of it and move on to next.  If the game was really good much like WoW you will likely make a return try a new character perhaps etc who knows whoc ares long as you having fun you are winning.

wow-pre-expansions was a nice game, and they started to fuck up the game with expansions, the have been linving 2-3 years re using grahipcs, script bosses, items, scenarios, etc etc

even in d3 screens u can see wow-mob untouched graphics, they are the crap of the crapest re using graphics, that really makes me get bored of their games

BC and Wrath are way better than origional WoW.

I'm sorry but actually having itemization that makes LOGICAL SENSE is a good thing.

Having classes actually ATTEMPTED to be balanced rather than just a rock paper sissors schtick.

Trying to get 25 people organized instead of 40.

Why is it every time a person stops playing a game they assume that EVERYONE else feels the same way they do?

I've played WoW off and on since release, every time I come back I find something new to love about it.  

Sometimes I think about starting up WoW again, but I quickly get a kind of "meh" feeling when I start thinking about what I would be doing in the game. And when I look at what Blizzard have provided as so called expansions and dare to charge me extra for I see nothing but a repetition of the already core element of the game: to acquiring new gear  to acquiring new gear to acquiring new gear to be able to look exactly like anybody else of the same class as you.

I am not looking particually forward to any game Blizzard might be producing as it seems their game creativity and desire to experiment with innovative ideas is at an all time low. Double "meh".

Even asking for money to watch the stream of blizzcon?

I know that every company seeks profits but each company draws a line and retains some qualities.

After 5 years of playing WoW Im sad to say but Blizzard is just greedy.
