With so many good games I find it hard to pick one Ps1 game out of the truely awesome games. FF7, RE2, MGS, Crash2, GT2, Sotn, FFtactics, SFalpha3, Tekken and many, many more. My personal pick would have to be Castlevania:SotN. That game imo brought back the oldschool gaming feel to a much needed 3d infested gaming period. Part hack n slash, part Rpg it was fantastic. I even repurchased this game on the Xbox live arcade, it still holds up to todays games. So what game did you like most and why? Playing: EvE, Ryzom |

That’s a tough decision. Probably between Final Fantasy 7 and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Probably Castlevania though for the reasons you listed. (minus the battle between 3d and 2d which I'm neutral on) The Church has ever proved indestructible. Her persecutors have failed to destroy her; in fact, it was during times of persecution that the Church grew more and more; while the persecutors themselves,... ..., are the very ones who came to nothing.

That would have to be a close call between Chrono Cross and Suikoden 2. |

Easy, Time Crisis with light gun. Blew my mind as a youngster being able to shoot my own tv. Other than that I would have to say Tony Hawks 1. Just totally different and crazy at the time.

So many great games to choose from it's hard to pick just one! I personally liked all 3 of the Spiro games, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil, Triple Play 2001, Rogue Trip and a host of others but the one I spent the most time playing was probably Gran Turismo 2. I had 100's of customized cars in my garage by the time my PS1 finally just wore out. In fact Gran Turismo 5 is probably the one deciding factor that will make me finally break down and buy a PS3. The games in that series have about the most replay value of any games I've ever played.
