I have an idea to consider - should DF raise its price?

Now hear me out.

DF's fans ( at least a third of those on the Euro severs ) were willing to basically double pay to get onto the NA server. If the fans would pay that extra amount to play, why not just nudge the monthly subscription fee up by say, five dollars a month?

Do the math - say 20k playes times the extra five dollars per month brings in an extra 100 per month and an extra 1.2 million dollars per year.

Sweeeet..........and the loan gets paid off that much faster!

Yes you idiots show pay for the game again.  Then again sure the developer will lie and find a way to get more money out of you.

Afterall what better way to help the developer to buy hookers n' blow then the very customers he's gonna leach off of.  Now that's customer support!

This games so bad it should be FTP, like seriously its that bad... think a team of people with downsyndrom made this game and are probably laughing at you fools for actually playing it!!!!!!!

Yet 20k players are paying for it, so any move to increase profits is a smart business move on their part.

20k is a very small # of players, trying to up subscription fees never works or isn't even considered in these types of games, I doubt it will even still be around in a couple years

Where do you find that Darkfall has 20k players. Last I read, it was less than 10k, using extrapolation from ingame Clan data and over-compensation estimation for those not in clans based on previous known statistics.
