Hey guys, just wanted to post the link to a pretty nice video a legion member made. We have been playing together since CB3, with some people joining during 4 and 5. The video shows some out door boss's and eliete mobs and several different zones. I didn't make the video however I am in it (cleric) props to shirou for a job well done. Hope you all enjoy :D

meh... first 3 min (of a 4 min video) - most exciting part was the music. The last min was a good show of PvE.. although I would much rather see someone claim to be "unstoppable" in PvP. |

We all just hit 25 a few hours before beta ended, we have a 26 and one other person is 27, we didnt want to go to the abyss untill we all could. Next beta will be pvp focused, and another video to come. |

These guys were killing level 28 elites at level 24, that is a big difference. Also they were doing it while about 30-40 Elyos many of whom were lvl 25-30 and had already been to the Abyss were camping all of Morhiem in a massive zerg on Nezekan. Actually they were the only Asmo I know of that actually gained any significant levels in that zone. |

Oh yah the Elyos were everywhere. There was one lvl 30 that all 6 of us tried to take down multiple times but we couldnt even scratch her. We actually made her retreat back to the temple filled with Elyos spirits (forget its name) ... but since they were Elyos spirits they wouldnt attack her only us. We fought our way to the top but a combination of a mis pull, fast respawns behind us and a lvl 30 above us shooting down we wiped. :( Where most of these eleites are (minus the crab) are located very deep in caves which take some time to get to, so we were safe from the Elyos for the most part.
We were ganked several times how ever while tring to take down the crab. We pugged about 15 people to help us take him down fast but the Elyos found us and killed us. We later came back with 6 (or 5 cant remeber) and took him down, how ever the fight was about 15 minutes long, we had to rotate healers to do it (let one heal as other rests, then let the other heal as first one rests)
There were actually times where we couldnt even leave the city because of pure gankage from elyos outside the city (only one exit) so we had to travel all the way back to the 10-20 zone, where theres a portal on the south part of the map that will take you deeper into the 20-40 zone, this was necessary to get by the Elyos.
Overall it was definitly a frusterating weekend however, he did still manage to progress (more so then most as well). I'm just hoping the grief system in 1.5 works, if not, ill be power leveling during my 2 day head start to ovoid as much of the ganking as possible. |
