And this is at 2:30pm not even peek time, any crap about WoW dropping players can be ignored. EDIT: All servers I have tried have queues of around 4k. And my mainrealm Grimbatol is not even online yet.

That doesnt mean wow isnt dropping players, it just shows that many servers are yet offline and those wow junkies start creating lvl 1 characters on the servers online to actually kill their wow addiction.... its sad really Playing: Aion, World of Warcraft, Dragon Age Origins |

Blizzard probably did that on purpose. The servers probably weren't up yet so instead of delaying the launch and pissing everyone off they just started sending giant queues so people would think the new patch was insanely popular instead of not ready. Oh, and a couple servers being full means absolutely nothing about the population. Tried: LotR, CoH, AoC, WAR, Jumpgate Classic |

Um. You know it's patch day when: [2. Trade]: [Dumbass]: OMG WTF MY ADDONS DON'T WORK BLIZZ BROKE DA GAME [2. Trade]: [Whiney]: OMG THEY NERFED PALLIES OMFG F*CK YOU BLIZZ [2. Trade]: [Gearwhore]: LFM new Trial of the Grand Crusader must have at least 8k DPS and 10k gear score, gear score will be checked, no fail runs PST please [2. Trade]: [Huntard]: Hey lol look I got an extra Talent point. Now I have 72 and I can spec Rediness and Explosive Shot. Finally, Hunters get some love! I'm the last one. Edit: Echo Isles had no BS queue like that, and we had people from other servers on alts because their servers weren't up yet. That was at around 6 PM EST yesterday and it was the same at around 9 PM.

Well Ive played the PTR for a few weeks and I like the changes and content, I played the 10man version of the dungeon (only some of it) and it was good fun, no trash but the fights were not tank and spank. Yes they were re-used models but its a collesium you fight the biggest badest northrend creatures and other captured mobs. The new battleground is good fun, a little short average match is around 25mins but good fun when Im catapulting myself over the walls of the keep or jumping off the sky ship. some thing WAR could not deliver. Wintergrasp I did not test but 3.1 wintergrasp was unplayable for me so 3.2 is all good. EXP in battlegrounds is finanly back and plan to roll a druid and twink around lvl 30. new animal forms for druids too. and lots of other stuff too.

Still, I was looking forward to this patch too and I have to say it's not that bad. The new BG is pretty fun, even though it disconnected everyone in the second battle that I did. I tried Trial of the Champion, the 5-man Heroic, and it was cool. Will probably try Crusader tonight when I have more time. Some of the aesthetic changes, like my oversized Titan's Belt and the new Druid skins, are nice. I'm not lagging like molassas in Dalaran anymore, just like a smooth turtle now, so that's a check in my book. The badge system had me a bit confused, though. No more Emblems of Heroism...? Just Emblems of Triumph or w/e, that can be converted into Heroism or Valor? Ah well. I have to mess around with it more. I just want my addons updated ASAP.

New patch is awesome. They buffed my bear butt so much, a forsaken ran into it and never came out again (completely covered, then either DCed or logged). Now the running joke in my guild is that you can hear him scream from somewhere in there late at night. EVE online - the MMO that takes PVP to a whole new level. Everything you own can and will be ganked, including your boot.ini. Now give me your stuff. |
