Both the games have swords, axes, armor, and similar.   As a matter of fact darkfall just recently made gear more important.   However since WoW came first DF is copying it there.

They both have quests.   Need one say anymore.

They both have PvP, even if DF's is more developed you can't ignore the fact that WoW had players attacking players well before darkfall was even released.

WoW clearly had crafting first.   As a matter of fact in darkfall you even have a lot of the same mechanics in which you must collect materials then wait for them to combine when you actually craft.

It's a little remembered fact that WoW does indeed have a skill system for training weapon types.   Darkfall also has a skilll system and is a blatent rip off of this insanely innovative mechanic.

Darkfall has Mobs/Mobiles/Monsters.   WoW was first so darkfall can only be a copy.

WoW has NPCs, as does darkfall.   It doesn't require much thought to know the pattern here.

They both have inventory systems and a banking systems.   I mean WTF.

Darkfall also has Graphics I mean you can actually see stuff on the screen.   This is soo badly copied even if very different I'm surprised Blizzard isn't doing something.   

Don't even get me started on sound, how can two games made for very different play styles and at different times both have sound.

yeah so I was playing this game,.. IE or FF or EU or something. It totally rips on this game. I mean the skills are the same and everything its got worse gfx tho IDK what they were thinking

Reminds me of a story..

So I was playing CB Aion and a priest. I casted Smite and my room mate was watching me play. He simply stated how the game copied WoW's skills.

Yes, because Smite doesn't exist in any other game or lore EVAR!

I don't know, dude... Darkfall kind of sucks.

I'll give you a 4/10, just like Eurogamer's Darkfall re-review.

Darkfall has more similarities with Runescape than WoW TBH.

However, understand that forum posters call any MMO a WoW clone/knock off not because it is. Its because that term 'WoW clone' is derogatory. As such, posts such as this are unneccesary .

Let it go. Darkfall is so different from WoW that I doubt many WoW players will like it much
