Well, I guess people talking about the demise of WoW just didn't have a clue.

When you have enough money to go out and hire the man who made all three "Spiderman Movies", you have enough money for anything.

One thing for sure is after this movie, they are going to have TONS to make their next MMO.

I just hope this isn't an Alliance=Good, Horde=Bad movie.  I would rather the movie take place after the truce.  The shaky relationship could be a good starting point.

I love the Warcraft movies.  I remember really enjoying the Warcraft III video clips.  They were always excellent.

I really hope this movie rocks.  I cannot wait.

In fact, I might even say they are my favorite gaming clips.

They should be everyone's man.  Other than the Star Wars: Old Republic trailer I've not seen a company put out quality trailers like Blizz does, ever.

Yeah, based on the director, the budget they're likely to have and the content, I think this movie is going to be incredible. Wow is responsible for over 55% of the MMOs subscriptions so I think by the time this is released, a wide enough audience would have heard of it.

Then there's the movie trailers, promos, parties and of course the game itself that is the best advertising. I liked Wow when I played it (haven't played in over a year) and its amazing just how huge Blizzard has gotten since I first played Diablo.

Somehow Udo Uwe Boll comes to mind. He would have been perfect. If not for the above but to make the movie as (completley) unrelated to the game(s) as possible. :D

(Sorry for stating the obvious. But think off what you wish for.)

I bet, and I absolutely hope, that Raimi brings Bruce Campbell in. He would be perfect for a role in WoW.

Edit: I just IMDB'ed Raimi and found two more Evil Dead movies are coming out within the next two years. Groovy.

I wonder if Raimi will include any bad Chuck Norris jokes. Those are as much of a central part of WoW as Orcs and Night Elves now... LOL
