Hi guys, been waiting to play the game for 2/3 days now. Had it on download, but I'm struggling to get more that 10kb/s from the torrent. Any advice?

Downloaded it a few days ago at well over 800kb/s. Check your ports and make sure your firewall isn't blocking whatever torrent app you're using. |

It's a stupid method of aloowing people to get the game imo.

Before release, AV held a vote on the download method, and torrent download won. I prefer it because it allows for much more control over download speed and such. When I did it, I was breaking 800kb/s so it worked for me. But if AV has stopped seeding it themselves then that is fail. Are you sure you don't have your download speed capped by a program or something? |

dont download the torrent. i downloaded the full flie in a few minuets and installed/patched in about two hours. |

I got the game from Torrent and was getting between 400-900Kb/s took about 6 hours I think (was at work while DL). The longer you are connected to Seeds the better you will find your DL speeds. Maybe you need to ajust your Port Settings and your Share Ratio also. Hope that helps.

Well i finished the DL this morning, it must have picked a load over night. I had max connection 500kb/s when doing a 500mb through the patcher.

I have never had problems with the torrent either. When I start getting 5kbs, its Comcast throttling me. I just simply switch ports and everything goes back to normal for awhile. 2 hour download, and I have done it a couple of times (including I seed when I am not plaing).
