UNO. yes the card game UNO. thats the next wow clone.
the monopoly card game is the next WOW killer killer though.
just fyi, alot of speculation out there so i figured I could help and set everyone straight.

I though Aion Online was going to be the next WoW clone. Anyways I don't think anything is going to kill WoW, at least not for a long while... |

the next Wow will be Blizzards new mmo since there but everything into it like they did Wow and give it alot of advertisement plus Blizz makes epic games anyway. |

doubtful, card games require a certain degree of thinking,and the mainstream dont like that things the next WoW will be something amazingly simple and watered down, the kind of crap that even your 3yo niece can play and excel at.
Just like the former 1 million different people can point 1 million different flaws in WoW 5 years and they have been mentally incapable of coming up with something better |

There wont be a next WOW if your talking subs. It is a phenomonon that happens once in a millinium. There will be more games that hold the high sub number for a time but the subs WOW has is a freak of nature. It has to be true, i have internet links. |

Theres nothing to say Blizzard will get a new mmo right so it might not be as successful as warcraft . I dont think theres any such beast as the wowkiller . Lots of players are too entrenched in the game world . What will happen is various new mmos will effect the numbers of subs wow has over the coming years . Aion most likly will do well and it ll have some effect on warcrafts subscriptions the question is really how many . Aions far too good a game to be written off like age of conan which was really unfinnished upon its release or warhammer which offered only niche gameplay . Starwars knights of the old republic will most likly have an effect too . Blizzard a couple of years ago decided to make the game a lot easier to make it more accessable to children . Thats worked but its also made it a lot more boring . There plenty of those bored players will go to another mmo as long as its half decent . |

Blizzard is or has already made its next mmo and is waiting for WoW to go downhill. Go to Blizzard jobs and they are hiring for ' next gen mmo'. |

Potentially World of Darkness by CCP. I say potentially because not much is known, but White Wolf games have a large and nostalgic fanbase. Other than that, the inevitable SW:TOR and Blizzard's next MMO.

Stop fucking making these forums if you think WoW is the god of MMORPGs. Think back before WoW. UO and EQ were gods, the twin god as I call it. They showed the world what each MMO in the future should build off of.
