If that doesn't suit you, why not find a game where the Developers will answer any question you wish to ask?  Or, if you actually play what difference does it make?

Come on, even Smedley is better to communicate with the players. It is obvious that the publisher pulled out and still Tasos continue like nothing is wrong. Who is the PR person of Avi, Bagdad bob?

If you like the game you should play it of course but even you must admit that Avi are one of the worst companys with informing their players about what is happening around the game.

And this have really nothing to do if the game is good or bad, but a simple statement would have stopped this issue, and everything would have been cool. Now most people don't believe anything they say instead.

So it turns out Voodoo Hoodoo is a mod over at the darkfall forums, as he deleted my new thread asking who the NA publisher is, and gave me an infraction for asking it on top

Here's a question for you Mr. Darkfall Moderator - why are you deleting the threads asking this legitimate question, is it a direction given to you from Aventurine?

And secondly how can you even have one scrap of self respect by being the online enforcer of this travesty of a scam company?

Without taking side on who's right or who's wrong, I'll only remark that I indeed could not locate the aforementionned thread either, and I tried various strings and even a search on the poster name. So it indeed looks like it has been deleted.

Judging by what people are saying about both servers being somewhat void of players then I would guess stuff like this has finally taken its toll on the loyal playerbase. Its a shame to because this fiasco will hurt other indie groups get funding because now you have a bad precedent set by AV

This happened to me also with Funcoms Age of Conan after i had spent quite abit of money upgrading comp and buying collectors editon, 6month subscription. I believe it was about 4 weeks into the game with early start maybe 4 and a half weeks. I was reading and looking at art book and picked up the box and noticed it said dx-10.  I believe 2 weeks before game launched Funcom come out and said they were working on it. I posted a question on the Funcom forums asking why the box stated dx-10 but that it was not in game. My post was deleted and i was given a permanant ban. I new then and there these folks do not look out for there players. I beleive same thing is going on here and until we stop supporting unfinished games this will continue to happen.
