1 box (68.69 EUROS) + shipping (7 EUROS) + 1 month (15 EUROS) = 90.69 euros in total.

That's twice the ammount of a normal MMO. And this game is still in very early beta.

75 USD with shipping included for the regular box is expensive from Sweden to USA?

i do international shipping weekly.  shipping is stupid expensive to and from some countries.

 Think about the 1000 life time membership ones on eBay $650USD quite abit good cause but is the game good?Tell me about it :).

All MMOs are more expensive to preorder or buy just after launch, my friend payed $100 for Wow just after launch (that was at a store however).

It would seem I'm a glutton for punishment.  I managed to get an LE reserved but it won't take my card.  I am stuck in the straight up limbo mess that many others over at MO are in.

I don't know if I've purchased it or not ........

And you misuynderstand, there was ONE on eBay sold with Life time sub. there are now 999 that have 1 month free, no freakin vacation package, but all the expensive extras, and a chance at first slot into Beta test.

Complaining you pay $100 for a game, true, but youalso get a art book probably sold for at minimum $29.99, the full loot bag itself $5, and 2 miniatures, which are not cheap, each worth around $12-$19 (x2 and maybe worth more if they are limited release) I bet you could sell the miniatures or paint them and keep as a great look, thats if they are limited run they are wortth more fore collectors.

and we also get a metal box, which will look cool to have around.

Wow. I'm embarrased to think I defended this game. Something smells mighty fishy. Think I will wait for the reviews. I'm no where near that desperate for a game.

The fact that a bunch of you people are actually paying this insane amount for a beta is laughable. You are the reason companies keep pulling bs like this, and it'll never end while there are still chumps ready to lay their money down on nothing.

I thought I was dumb for putting 5 dollars down to preorder war to beta test, but this takes the cake...

Money charges a king's fee to pre-order

Have to pay the king's fee to be in beta

beta will be delayed, and the king will come up with some lame excuse

king will then announce after scrounging up some more of the fools ...err followers..money that they are going bankrupt and will be closing down

Anyways, the game exist. Warhammer did exactly the same thing. But that it is not vaporware doesn't mean it is good, I will wait until after release myself.

From now on I will just be in MMOs at launch with games from Bioware and Arenanet. Maybe from Blizzard also if they make a game I feel like playing, Warcraft 3 and Diablo 1 was the last 2 I liked and Morhaime is the only one left since then, at least almost.

I dont want to spend another six months in a truly buggy game that launched too early again and most MMO companies releases like that.

SV makes very little money on LE/box they have to do these first for us.

But you won't get to first beta blocks, instead you will be in bottom. Plus in site there was clearly telled that you can buy 3 different versions, Digital, Boxed, Limited, BUT you can't. Instead it's over 100 euros for limited which are sold out, 69 euros for boxed which includes shipping country next to sweden. Bit too much for my taste.

But going back to the topic lol.. i also felt bad when i payed 5$ just to try aion beta :P cant imagine paying 70$.. when in some weeks the download version will be 50$... hell maybe 10$ from people that got tired of playing a buggy beta..

I dont care not being in the "first block".. i prefer waiting to play the real game and not a buggy version of the game for their testing purpouses..
