lol I was just going to make this thread.  It's Darkfall all over again!  It's a shame because I want a collector's edition...  So much for that now.

its not darkfall all over again, this company at least has tried a backup plan (that back up link has been down for a day or two now) and they aren't assholes like the dfo peeps

i'm sure they'll flip the switch soon

They are in the same boat as Aventurine was, underfunded therefor can't afford to launch in a big, splashy way.  People will just have to be paitent and wait their turns.

Haha, you guys haven't been around for long have you? This always happens... it doesn't matter if the game is made by a small independent company like Star Vault or a huge coorporation like EA or Blizzard.

Just have some patience... it's not like you won't be able to buy a copy before release anyway.

its not really about buying the copy before release

its about the way the beta is structured and if you want a collectors edition

your right it happens to just about all games, though.. having 2 or 3 places to process orders isn't difficult or costly

the page says denied, to me it looks like it's not "on" (not their main website, that's definatly down).

We'll see in an hour ;)

Yeah they just took the websites down so they could update them, that's all.

Haha, if you find this strange or hard to believe, what are you doing at beta test? Of course there are some hundreds of people constantly refreshing their web browsers, do you expect them to build a server farm enough to handle a couple of thousands of people by paying a good amount of money, just to make you happy?

ya is it even on sale yet? i've gotten into the normal store multiable times and there isn't any option to buy, but its 20:39 in stockholme right now soo...
