yeah, it's already sold all the copies and AV is waiting a week to see how the servers go without allowing anyone else in.

Provide a link or it didn't happen. 

From what I can find, they have not opened anything yet, unless I have missed something, which is quite possible due to the way AV handles things.  I would say keep checking back if you truly want to try the US server.
