Well, Hi ya, and welcome to MMORPG. My recommendation is Perfect World International.
It may be a erm download if you know what I mean, but it's worth it, stunning graphics, and awesome gameplay. And it's free. |

This system needs to check through the internet each time a user wants to play the game in order to make sure it has the most up to date information, therefore the PC version of Phantasy Star Universe needs to be played whilst connected online. Please note, no internet connection is required to play the single player version of the Xbox 360® or PlayStation®2 version. sorry op psu was my best bet .... |

Are you even talking about MMO? Phantasy stars online universe does offer a offline story mode and online mode. However, it is more similar to guild war in how it is played in online mode, but kinda dumbed down a bit more. I donno, it seems that type of game you need is more like strategy games with online multi-player mode. No such thing as a MMO that can be played without internet access of some form. |

MMO, the o = online. Any game that allows you to play while offline fails the online test. Just my opinion. |
