Well LOTRO is always giving out free welcome back weekends it seams every other week is welcome back week. Then our servers get overloaded and after the free week folks disapear again. Tells me that Turbine has some issues with player base and is in need of more subs. |

I'm actually getting sick of these...
Usually they are given out after a new book releases or a special event (2nd anniversary). I guess the reason it seems like they do it a lot is because soooo much free content is being added. I guess I shouldn't complain. I usually avoid the game during the "Welcome Back" weekends. |

It has nothing to do with needing more subs (of course, they would hope to gain some, who wouldn't), a new book was recently released with new content. they do this every time.

Yes they do it everytime, if not to try and get more subs just what is the reason? |
