We're all spitballing here, you included. All traditional tank classes have skills/abilities geared towards improving their survivability and damage reduction.

2. Be mindful of their own health bar. This should be interesting being that from what I read there is NO HEALING whatsoever in the game.. PERIOD.. not even fricken bandages.. lmao

Could you link to that source of information? I haven't heard that rumour.

3. And yes, DPS. DPS is all there will be in the game.. Afteral.. we are all going to be iconic heroes where we can kill 5 mobs at once with no need of healing ...  YEAH, that shit will get OLD quick..

You're basing this opinion on absolutely nothing.

I.e. you won't have a tank, healer and DPS 'cos everyone will be a tank/heal/DPS hybrid. It's the polar opposite of dumbing down; it's expecting every player to do three things instead of just endlessly repeating one.  So your stance is that each player with be tank / healer / dps all in one?  lmaooooooooooooooo  excuse me while I PMSL

You really should try playing KOTOR or a non-class based game; your perspective is incredibly narrow.

A pet class would be nice perhaps a beast master for the good guys and droids for those that like things black. Only clas that hasn't been mentioned is a sort of healer (I doubt the Jedi or Sith will heal as they look like there taking the role of melee tank), so perhaps a dude that just chucks bacta around unless there is no healer at all and that would be pretty cool.

I don't blame some people being skeptical. Look at some of the online games we've been subjected to.

But, for me, I'll remain hopeful. I loved SWG and I'm not looking for SWG2. I'm looking for Star Wars. Story, space, combat where a group has to be able to shift tactics on the fly to cover for someone that went down. And Bounty Hunters.

Stand up for what you believe; Even if you stand alone.

As am I.

But simply what I'm looking for in TOR that NO MMORPG HAS EVER provided me with?  A sense of adventure.

Why do I write, create, fantasize, dream and daydream about other worlds? Because I hate what humanity does with this one.

For me, most MMOs loose that sense of immersion. I like great stories and I hope that SWTOR presents one.
