im hitting lotro again it looks nice even if characters aren't that diffrent from one another. if war fixed its population prob i would prob do it but its just so boring hiting pq and behing the only one there only thing that kept it from being so boring the senarios but when they didn't pop the world was empty.

Play Darkfall! You don't get to play it for free! Thus they are Unique! YAY!

HOnestly, its a good summer to be a player with all these free options available and chances to revisit old characters.

WAR's strength is in PvP/RvR, and its still one of the better PvP games out there at the moment. LOTRO strength lies in PVE and immersion, but its PvP is poor. Sounds like you prefer the PVE oriented games

Honestly though, I'll probably sub to LOTRO. I have free time for AoC...and only reason I would sub is for the PvP...but LOTRO has a lot more to do imo, with an awesome crafting system. As well as a pretty good community.

Everybody has different opinions. I tend to like the fast paced gameplay and dark natured lore of AoC more so that is why I ended up subscribing to AoC. I do hope you have fun in LoTRO thou.

im going lotro then maby war   but i wont do aoc again i dont like button mashing without a controller.

I played AoC last night , it was a lot of fun being a criminal :D. Though I wish to god I didn't roll Dark templar, cause he sucks at pvp lol. Also ran the dx10 on all high, everything full blast, it wran well, but muy computers cooling just couldn't handle it lol. ...

i de installed it after the fitfth time the client closed suddenly, not happened to me on release

then i tried lotro, nice game, but imo the worse combat animations for skills i ever seen ..

if u are a pve fan i recommend u vanguard ..

Its kind of funny, not only warhammer and aoc are currently gving free game time, swg does as well, and vanguard soh did last month...

WoW even has free trials as well. Time for returning vets is normally given during the summer because alot of folks like to go on holiday for awhile. Thus more availible bandwidth for free time.
