I played from release to lvl 30, mostly doing bg:s and got bored.. really bored!

What have changed since then?

Don't add to that epic pile of fail. Go play runescape instead... it has about the same action packed game play...

if you have only been doing scenarios...you missed out bud. Open RvR is where it's at. Just had a pretty epic battle at Stoneclaw Keep (T3) on Pheonix Throne tonight. It was atleast 2 warbands vs. 2 warbands.

But don't take my word for it...or anyone elses for that matter. You'll find that people on this site love to talk shit about whatever game isn't their favorite or isn't a sandbox.

Just do the re-enlistment thing and try it out for yourself. You might want to toy around with some of the new classes too. Slayer, Choppa, Knight of the Blazing Sun, and Blackguard.

I suggest joining Pheonix Throne though...we are an RP server, so you'd have to respect those rules, but the populations are pretty well balanced, although there are whispers of it starting to lean towards Order a bit, so you might want to check out some of the Destro classes.

The game is really fun in it's own respect. You just have to give it a chance and try out all there is to try.

 resubbed today on my retail account with 10 days trial, nothing changed to me from when i played, looks the old same bad game i remember

Why would you want to be convinced to play a game you already know you do not like??

Name one game that has changed enough from release to draw in more players then they had at release, and that those changes made the game better. Don't waste your time move on to something else, they can not fix this game with out doing a total overhaul.

I just went back for the 10 day trial recently. I'm a huge fan of PVP so I thought I'd give it another shot. I cant put my finger on it but WAR overall seems to get boring fast for me. Maybe its the bland combat? Or the lack of unique character creation? I seem to play for about 30mins, look around at the level 40s that look almost identicle to my level 5 toon, and quickly log out.

For me WAR was a fail, unfortionately. I've tried all the MMOs and the only one thats even worth the time and effort for me is WoW. Someday I hope a company out-does WoW but for now its the best MMO out in my opition. All other MMOs try to live up to it, but so far we havent seen anything come close. :-(

Only way I would resub is if I got a free month.  Those retarded Mythic CSRs should have never suspended me for 5 days for calling other players "tards".

Now that I have moved on, I have found even better MMOs to play while Warhammer took an epic fail step called LotD
