Name the one thing you love to eat or drink thats really bad for your health. Mine is Red Bull.

Sunflower seeds. All the salt really messes me up, and I get whelps or burns in my cheeks for a day or two after eating them.

DRINK Beer. Aside: Two beers a day, assuming it is not "corporate beer," is actually good for you. Generally, I will only drink imports or beer from smaller breweries. In fact, I have a difficult time with cheap beer. I am going to a baseball game Sunday, and I might not have much of a selection with beer.
EAT Hmph. I really do not eat bad foods. At least, I try not to. If I eat pizza, I have it will all vegetables. I cannot think of a bad food that I eat that is "really bad" for my health. I cannot believe I cannot think of a bad food, but I guess that is a good thing. There has to be something, though.
EDIT: THOUGHT OF IT! Burritos when I go out with friends. Ha, ha ha!

Beer I drink a couple, few a day. Aside from that I have a weakness for red meat. Steak especially. Not too fond of hamburgers or fried foods. Other than that I keep it nutritious. ![]() "You act like daffodil picking dwarves are anywhere out of the ordinary..."-Laura "Taera" Genender 2008 |

Oily and fried foods. After eating them, the smell of oil disgusts me, but when i'm hungry, I like the something-is-being-fried scent haha :) |

Fast food probably. But I don't know why that my appetite seems in decline recently. Perhaps it is about summer.... |

You are the epitomy of altruisism! I don't drink alcohol very much at all, I can't even remember the last time I put whisky in my mouth other than to dull pain from a toothache. Then I get those funny looks from my husband (who is Scottish) after I swish around and then spit out his expensive booze. I do, however, get a craving for really strong black coffee at night once in a while. I always suffer for it later, too. I have much less of an appetite during the summer, too, Jenny. I love summer fruits and veg, though, and I'm more apt to have some sort of salad for dinner and forego meat all together. Winter is more about comfort foods like stews, roasts and root vegetables. I don't eat a lot of red meat, however. It always leaves me feeling too full. My husband, on the other hand, likes lamb or beef for dinner regardless of the time of year. |
