I pre-ordered the European game from DLgamer.com and followed the instructions to download and install the game and i got this error while im trying to install the game using NCsoft's launcher saying "The install information could not be downloaded, please try again in a few minutes". I've been waiting like a week but still it aint working. Anyone else having this problem or got it solved? oh and i got installed the US aion just fine but EU just wont let me install :s Thanks if anybody can help :) |

i had the same error but just change the launcher setting to EU |

its fine just to install the aion us client, just make sure you launcher is set to eu region. Then come beta weekend just login to play in the eu beta. I downloaded from the same place and had same problem and was told this works fine. |

Alright i see, well now the problem is that when i launch US Aion and trying to log in i get a message saying This account does not have access to Aion, what is this? i had that same message when i tried to log into first beta weekend but couldnt due that. And i checked i have set to EU on launcher settings. |

This is because no one can log in atm, apart from maybe friends and family. So we all get that message until 2nd July

Okay, weird i had that same message when the last beta weekend was on, or maybe i was an hour or so early and it wasnt open yet, oh well. |
