I have been playing Warhammer nearly 30 days up to now and I found out the players are so much different from other games I have played before. I'd rather think it was the game shaped out the players than the player adapt to the game. I only playing on Orders because the Chaos looks terrible, at least for myself. Just like WOW, I don't want to play undead rogue because they can't even run properly, and it affects my RL somehow. Therefore, I would not want to try again. There is nothing to talk about because it is just like food, you have your favorite and I have mine.

I've seen lots of ups and downs with the game. Personally I'm just a Warhammer fan (40k, tabletop, etc.) so I love it. |

I know and everyone knows that this game is so poor quality, but the population in Europe still increasing. I guess the only reason because it was so much fun to PVP or Group PVP. Most people don't even bother to do PVE contents. Myself only do a few public quest at low levels then I figured out these PVE contents are useless in game. I couldn't say I love this game but there is not many choice atm. I only wish there will be more PVP contents and not to leveling too fast. Because what's the differences if you PVP at lv9, 19, 29, 39? You are still PVPing in 4 tiers. In T4, the map are real poor design, I prefer T2 and T3, but this game spank you with extremely excessive exp, so you will be busted out of the Tier within a few days. So, you could expect to have fun only, and you will be very disppointed at this game if you expect more, ie, like any other games, or end game contents at such. If there is better PVP game, I will not think twice to quit Warhammer.

I am a big fan of the PnP warhammer, but I am kind of afraid to play this tbh. I am not sure if it keeps the original flavor of the Warhammer universe. Perhaps I will do some more research and make a decision this weekend. Any thoughts from veteran Warhammer players out there? |

I think it was the best game i ever play'd .. I had a bright wizard (level 40 and RR 51) and i used to love my character .. everything was awesome untill the server crashes came , and this made a lot of people quit the game . I don't know if they made any changes on the servers to make them more stable .. but i think you should try the game because it's so awesome xD . Have fun |

I could guess why. Playing one of the most overpowered characters must be exciting and rewarding experience. |

WAR has the same problem AoC does, it's really fun up until a point and then it just gets boring. The game's population took a dive right after the first month of release. |

Horus was weak. Horus was a fool. He had the whole galaxy within his grasp and he let it slip away. |

I play the Warhammer table top (10 years now whoop!) and I'll be honest, you're going to get a grin every time you play. You'll recognize this hero or that mob or this piece of armor simply b/c you're a huge Warhammer fan. From an artistic standpoint they nailed the Warhammer universe on the head! The downside...the actual gameplay and constant "grind-feel" to the game might bog you down. It did for me at around lvl 24 and I haven't touched the game since. That and the in game story damn near has nothing to do with anything that's gone on in the Warhammer world (new fictional enemies, no previous history basis, little to no exploration). Overall I'd say give it a try with the trial but don't hype yourself up too much. Then again I could be wrong and this game could be right up your alley! Here's to hoping that the 40k MMO will be the best MMO to date! |
