Has anyone used the keys from the giveaway to get in and try this game out?  I missed the first day because I forgot and no notice was sent out.  I've just been too busy to download it this week, and am wondering whether anyone is in and has some feedback on how it looks/plays.

Dont bother all of the games from PWI are clones of each other with a new set of paint and a fancy name, and this is no expection. Perfect World is known for the excellent character customization that it offers, they need to start releasing games that are a bit more, customer gears, weapons and such, that do not require a million dollar item shop tab!

Unlike Perfect World, Jade Dynasty's character custimization is bare minimum and the game itself is nowhere near as polished. I was expecting more from the makers of Perfect World. Yes it's in closed beta but that's not really an excuse when you're porting from another language version that has been out for awhile and all they really need to do is translate, the game just doesn't live up to the standard set by Perfect World.

Can someone help me? I got my key but i don't know how to use it to get into jade dynasty online.

The character customization is non-existant and I really dislike how they have implimented bots for players to use.

The worst thing to me is the mobs are not aggro( so far). The second, as the poster above me noted, is the player botting option. Although i must say using it did show me how to fight 

...... crafting looks pretty cool. I had pretty good success rate, and there is a lot of drops for crafting, just a real lack of gear dropping.

Cannot figure out how to sell things other than to the npc. Nor join a faction .... of which there are 5 kinds.

Nice that they gave 50 gold to spend in cash shop - and i customized my char with dress/feet/hair ; )

it is nice that the "return to town" thing recharges after 1 hour ... threw me when it took me to the closest town though.

Quests are pretty plantiful, but boring as heck ....

you can also click on the map and auto move, wishing that you could do that for the quest npc.

gltchy hills where you float up or slide down

 This game is a reskinned and less fun version of ESO. The interface is exactly the same, and if you've played ESO you'd know what I'm talking about.  Even the quest system is direct out of ESO.  Must say that while PWI had great character creation, the game was otherwise boring as heck.  ESO was much better, which is why I still play it.

I just started playing today. Its uses the same graphic engine as Perfect World but the graphics are better. I only played for a few minutes so I cant say much but I like it so far.

just wanted to correct what i stated previously ... 

you can open the quest list and click on the mob or the npc and you automatically move to it.

crafting: gear is given thru quests. altho i did have low lvl gear drop early on, and maybe does drop at higher levels too - idk that yet.

refining gear is iffy. i lost 2 items so far (broke). out of a total of 6, and they were under +3

Yeah refining in games has always been a gamble. If you remember or have played Risk Your Life, it's basically the same.

Still remember 60 ppl would gather around someone when he was trying to +6 something, was pretty epic.

 Even with double XP (and a built in bot  )  It's quite a grind to get to lvl 30 when the PVP starts. It seems like the only point of the game is going to be PVP and the only people who are going to be good at PVP are those who spend the item shop cash to refine equipment.

LMAO you can set to (bot) afk for 4 hrs come back and..... wait why would you come back

figured out how to craft items. after buying then breaking like 7/+ or more  now. i have to say i started too late. the items you need to start making things at craft lvl 1 are found at low levels. you can't buy some from npc if you start at say 30/+

the inventory expansion quest - early on found the 2 items as drops, but at my current level none. can't expand more without buying from cash shop ... or doing some inane quest with the black market dealer . Really starting to see the need to use the cash shop, and it is a little disheartening to think you have to spend just to do simple things.

Not easy to build any kind of wealth, without maybe selling things. Anyone have suggestions?

Pretty boring game actually. PVP will be the main focus it seems and only those with cash shop ability to refine equipment will survive it.

Coming from playing Perfect World, i am so far unimpressed as the games greatly differ from one another. Character creation is cookie cutter with only a handful of options, well in closed beta anyway...

I will play in open beta to see any differences, but if it goes live anywhere close to the way it is now.... i won't be playing it.

definately seeing the need (as opposed to option) for using the  cash shop the more i play it.

Also, something else to watch is the level of communication in their forum, once open beta starts.

Money sink game. I've totally had it with these eastern money sink mmo's . The F2P market is crushing the mmo scene, even something old, basic but still fun like 9dragons or JD has to be made into a cash cow grinder.

Hey, sure I understand that they need to make money, but things are becoming plain greedy. Greed from the cooperation’s launching these fair games with horrible cash shop setups will end the F2P era as fast as it started.

They know what they're doing." Did anyone actually play they game or just bot the whole time waiting for the game to actually get good?

 when i used the bot feature i was right there watching the hp/sp levels.

yes i got to lvl 31 and stop playing it is just more of the same old same old

I downloaded it yesterday, played it for about 15 mins then uninstalled, game is pathetic same model as any other Asian MMO literally exactly the same, typical kil 5 of give thie message to?? quests, horrible character customization, most of the population is under 18 and mobs look like something from a childrens cartoon. 

For me it was a waste of 15 mins....horrible game....unless your age is 10-16.

I disagree, this game is not good for any age group.  The graphics are awful, outdated by far by any f2p standards even. The gameplay is a joke.  Classes unbalanced, I doubt they even attempted it.  Somehow your newbie skills are better than tier one skills, which is just odd in my opinion.  It's a generic f2p game, that should have come out 6 years ago to be competetive.

I didn't like it that much it isn't very laggy but most of the quest I did which was about 50 was moving from one part of the world to talk to someone over and over that makes me mad so I quit it.

Just another typical game. Nothing special at all. I tried it and quit after awhile.
