Bout time, I'm DL'ing too.

i will never pay for a beta and subscribing to fp just to get into one is just as bad. and i betr this beta is just gonna be like a weekend stress test... :P

lol this response rweally did make me lol... it wasnt a matter of ethics or morales but simply principles. and what one person decides is unworthy of paying money for does not make them broke. is that what u also tell vegitarians when u try to sell them a burger and they tell u no?

$15 for 3 months is pretty cheap considering how many betas ive gotten in by being a member and then later not dropping $50 on the game just to find out i dont like it...$5 a month is worth it to me...especially since im not playing a subscription based games right now.

Dont waste your time paying for it. After watching my brother play the game for 2 hours, it looks like combat arms with levels instead of ranks.

I dont even know why this game is on this site, it is not an MMO, its an FPS.

For a free to play game its not bad. I can see this being a side game that I can some too when I am not playing Lineage 2 or Aion.

It wouldnt be bad as a side game... Im just missing the mmo part of the game is all.

Yea, I agree about the MMO part too. I only played an hour so I cant really tell yet though.

If anyone has an FP subscription and doesn't want to try the beta, or if they decide they are done with it, I'd sure appreciate a beta key...

I am billed $39.95 annually for my Fileplanet sub... money well spent IMOH.  That site is an awesome gaming resource... The beta keys are just gravy.

I played for a bit today and you are 100% right on the Combat Arms, it feels just like it.

The mmo part feels like Tabula Rasa to me.

The battles are a bit too much like quake for my taste

So the beta is a day old and already there's people here breaking the NDA. Worse still, they're spreading misinformation which nobody could correct without breaking the NDA themselves.

Apparently it isn't Vista 64 compatible. Filled out the form, submitted, said my PC didn't have the specs for it. I exceeded the minium specs in all areas except "Windows XP"...bastards XD.

Edit: Just logged in with my laptop  that has XP on it and filled out the info again. Worked like a charm.

It works with vista 64 and 32....and win 7 64/32  ....

Must be fileplanet that is implementing that restriction.
