Are all retailers participating in the beta head start from the UK. WIll there be a difference between localisations for beta aka does Europe and the US merge into one beta?

I have placed my pre-order with amazon and gave them a call they didn't have clue what i was talking about with regards to the beta key i doubt that i will be getting one through btw i am in the UK and ordered from the .co.uk site

I need to get the key. Also I'm pretty sure the key is a beta key. It says all pre-release events and early live game access.

I want to preorder mine at GameStop, but the problem is that I'm from Austria and the austrian GameStop Homepage sucks... Google on how to set up the account and the game. I think aionsource.com and steparu.com have more info on the game.
