I've tried many MMOs... I play for 4-8 hours and I don't want to go back and play... I need an MMO to call home... something unique, that will grab my attention... I've tried all of the sony games, WoW, UO... LotR, DnD online and many free play to games.

Is it possible that MMOs just aren't what you like?  Loving them isn't a badge of honor and doesn't make anyone cool, so don't worry about it too much.

I called WoW home for over a year.  It holds no appeal to me anymore, and I'm still searching for the right game.  Mortal Online looks like it might provide me with some entertainment, and some friends and I are already putting together  a guild.  Care to join us? :)

Maybe you are ready for EVE.  Has a free trial, give it a shot.

I always wanted to try EVE... but I'm not much into PVP... so would I still enjoy eve?

I'm new to EVE, but you don't have to be all that into PvP for EVE. Of course the PvP is great in it (what I have seen so far) but it has good crafting and PvE.

My problem there just aren't games that I like...... I played FFXI for 3 years, havent ran into a game even close to it.   Its all solo questing group up to get uber gear then back to solo questing.

I want a forced grouping game where you have to group up to basically do everything.  Except for crafting but you need to group up to get the rare materials. 

Open World PvP unless they have a massive instanced battles as well.   

Crafting gives you just as good of gear as raiding.

You can only do dungeons and raids once if you complete them and all the gear is at the boss lair and it uses DDO type loot system.

That way you most likely will be grouping with people that have never done the run before. No more people telling you what to do since nobody knows what to do and bring back that sense of adventure. 

Also the game needs fewer but more complex and interesting quests that can take up to 4 hours to complete.

Yeah I know I'm asking a lot and most people don't like what I like but I can only dream of this type of game.  

No Im not interested in playing DF but maybe MO.  Sorry I don't trust Tacos.  And EvE seems like a cool game I just cant get into the fact im a ship flying in space the whole time.

-not toally quest based.... I get overwelmed, having to see my quest log pile up with quests... that's the downfall for me... quests are fun, but I don't want to have to pull out my hair just to keep up.

I've been playing a very good and quite origional F2P game called Perfect World International. Its pretty cool If you go there and make a character look Me up on DreamWeaver server character name Belligerent.
