Always liked the RPG games like Final Fantasy, D&D and Shining Force where you control a group of characters that gain experience and grow. Going to try Atlantica. Also while the games I mentioned are fantasy I am into any kind of game that fits the group of characters thing. Thanks for help

Atlantica like you said, and there is also granado espada in which you build a familly and control 3 characters at the same time. |

Theres also Sword of the New World/Granado Espada. You can control up to 3 characters and *gasp* it has a built in afk farming feature! |

yup.. those are the only 2 games i know with multiple character controls. Granado Espada with up to 3 characters, the battle is real time. Atlantica with up to 9 characters to control, but it is turn-based. |

Guild Wars lets you control 3 heroes in your party. City of Villians lets you controls mad armies of thugs/undead/ninjas/robots/soldiers if you play Mastermind. Both are recommended. Try the trial. :) LOTRo (Lifetime) + CO (Lifetime) + GW + DDO + TCoS = All fun! All free! All the time! :) |

Guild Wars and CoV are both great games. Guild Wars lets you have more than 3 heros after you level up a little (I think the number is 7). You get to choose their skills and equip them too and they level up with you. Very nice. CoV lets you have robots, or ninja, or thugs, or soldiers, or undead. That's nice too! Also, CoV lets you name your henchies which every game should allow you to do. |
