Just to let everyone know. This software is junk. It downloaded and I installed it easy enough. I started the updater tehn just sat there saying "connecting to server". After I tried a couple fixes, nothing worked, I uninstalled it. The problem is that when I unistalled I didn't check the default directory is wanted to uninstall. It deleted my entire "My Download" directory not just the program and it's directory. I just sat there going why does it's in my download directory. Then I thought, No biggy, the games not located there so it shouldnt have touched anything. It's not program removal uninstall it just deletes the directory that it thinks the game is located. The only file I had for this game in my DL folder was the WE setup file I downloaded from MMORPG.com.

Ok first of all it was stuck at the connecting to server message because the SERVERS WERE DOWN! These things happen.

So you rushed to uninstall without bothering to check the forum for any news or update which would have quickly told you that there was a launch delay. This tells me you never really game a damn if you tried it or not. As far as i'm concerned you have no credibility. By the way I also uninstalled and reinstalled without any issues whatsoever. Please go away.

I did get this game to work...eventually. Just kept trying to launch until it did. And for a F2P game, it impresses me so far. Feels a little like GW tho, in that exploration is extremely limited. Haven't played it that long, but from someone who has never found a F2P she liked ( and I've looked), I have hope for this title.

I agree... This game being a F2P was destined to be subpar, but im a junkie and tried it out. It reminds me of Phantasy Star Online (except without the awesome music).

But i have fun with this game whenever i dont feel like playing my normal MMO.

Oddly enough I recall another post similar to this for a different game just this week. Just food for thought. I however had no issue's downloading, installing, or running this game. In fact everything went pretty smooth and quick. I took the option for the 350mb download as I have a good connection and figured the rest I could get as needed on the fly. As for the game itself Im actually enjoying it. Its different enough from the other cookie cutter f2p games out there to hold my interest.

Ummm. Hey slappy,  I don't sit in front of computer all day  waiting for updates. Last I read, yesterday morning there were some issues but people were playing. I have plenty of other games to play and a life. Just thought I'd check it out real quick. I have no intention of really playing it long term. I did'nt say the game sucked, did I? I just said to be careful when you uninstall. <Mod edit>

Glad to hear you haven't had any trouble installing or getting into the game. The game sounds pretty cool. I may try in a couple months, get a little more feedback and try again. Just be mindful of the uninstall if thats what you decide to do.

I've been trying to play it for a while, but because it suddenly randomly freezes and exits, I couldn't complete the tutorial yet.

Maybe it'll get better soon, on my few seconds of tutorial gameplay I have enjoyed it.

I have as yet been unable to play this game, the warrior epic forum is full to bursting with people complaining about endless unfixable problems. The mods are totally unhelpfull as far as I can see and having downloaded 1.7gig and signed up to play this game I can assure you this is the most dissapointing game experience I have ever had and it has shaken my confidence in this site which provided the link to the game. As I type this I am staring at a huge advert for this game but I would recommend leaving it well alone if you come accross it as it just doesn't work.

i installed it no problem, had a little trouble with patching but it foxed itself after about 30 mins, you know for a free game this game is pretty decent.

I started the download before I went to school, I'm gonna try it out when I get home in an hour.

I hope it's good, I need something to play on this PoS computer while I wait for my new one to come in teh mail.

I've been trying to install it for about 2 hours.

Now that it's installed, it's stuck, can't launch it, been trying for 45 now and still no reaction.

Their install file is bullshit. If it continues like this I won't even test it, it's just lame.
