Ok I just can't seem to find the right game for me.

 

I'm looking for a game that includes:

as little grinding as possible

quests that don't repeat themselves, quests that serve a purpose. (ex: no find three beetles, good job now find 7 ants, etc.)

I don't want a game that has a lot of immature people. I hate seeing people asking, hey do you have a girl, or asking to be your boyfriend/girlfriend. annoying.

Good graphics, once I played a game with good graphics (GW, WoW) i can't go back.

Decent storyline, makes me want to continue to play and find out what's going on.

I prefer fantasy, or something historical or just set back in an older age. (like lord of the rings)

I don't mind paying monthly.

I enjoy housing, and a lot of options for character creation.

I would recommend Dungeon Siege II... although it's not an MMO. I can't think of a single MMO that would fit well into what you are looking for.

Thanks for the suggestion. Really it doesn't have to fit everything, I'm just looking for one that has a few of those on the list. Rather than one or two lol
