They are releasing the game to the public is "sessions" to avoid a fallout due to bugs and glitches.

Oh rubbish. they just dont have enough demand or cash to open another server. If they ahd that much demand banks would be biting their hands off to give them the money to open up a US server.

 

Fact is they dont have as many people Queing to play as they are making you believe. No one - No-business turns away  potentially doubling profits per month.

The game wont ever be in stores. they have been trying for many years to get it into shops, but no publishers or game stores will touch this one with a barge pole.
