Coming back to vanadiel o how I've missed you so. Can't wait to start my new journey all over again!!

Just recently returned myself, but decided not to renew my old account, and start fresh. I haven't had so much satisifaction from playing an mmo in ages, makes me wonder why I ever left this game to begin with (I'll blame the launch of WoW, that works lol).

Glad you are excited to be back :) There is no mmorpg that can even compare to FFXI.

Great to hear your returning. It really does sound like a great game. Sadly I left after not giving FF a fair chance, So I've decided to give it another go.  If an account has no had a payed subscription on it for while, I won't have to purchase a new account right? I can just reactivate and start playing?

P.S Looks like I'm SOL. I forgot the play ID lol. I just purchased a copy from Direct 2 Drive ... what a mess ... no keys were sent and support is taking forever. I really wanted to play tonight :/

O yah I had a blast the only reason why I left vanadiel is because of wow I got addicted. But I have lost every bit of interest I had in wow and FFXI was the only thing that satisfied me. Sometimes i logged in just to fish. I got addicted to fishing forlike 5 months.. Then the crafting is amazing and its tough but the rewards are so wonderful. Exploring with friends just the casual monsters is epic in groups. I'm just hoping that what I heard isn't true. Skill chaining is out....
