Look at my history. I have a ton of posts, for a variety of games, most recently Darkfall (a game that I'm a critic of, but am actually playing). I try to look at things as logically as possible, in most cases. While I think Frogster could probably use a better approach towards fraud "evasion", I can see why they do what they do after reading the GM's responses listed above. They've been screwed and not insignificantly.
You're definitely entitled to your opinion on the 30-day wait, just as I am with an opposing opinion, but when you state things as fact (being banned just for questioning the policy), that's when I want to see evidence, since facts aren't facts until they're backed up. Regarding the screenshot request, I am asking for verification that you were banned, but more specifically, I want to see why. For example, was the language you used (not them) inappropriate, argumentative, threatening, etc..? Basically, did you do anything to warrant being banned? All too often, in forums for a variety of games, I've seen players complain about how they didn't do anything wrong and were banned for no good reason. Most of the time, they're full of crap. That's not to say that players aren't banned by mistake or that they aren't banned for no good reason. Sometimes it happens and that truly sucks. Since anybody can post about anything on the internet, nobody knows for sure what happens until someobdy provides proof. In such a case, the burden is on the poster, since the poster is the one making the claim. if you're making a claim and aren't willing to provide proof, you should be prepared to defend yourself against questions. If this particular forum had more activity, you'd be seeing questions from other posters, not just me. It's not personal. You made the claim, so i want to see proof. I'm skeptical, otherwise.
Ultimately, I believe my request can actually help you, if what you say is true. If you were truly banned for simply questioning their policy (politely and in a non-threatening manner), then you have every right to be angry. Poor customer service sucks and is something I absolutely hate, personally. If you have proof, take it and give it to mmorpg.com , massively.com or some other outlet and let them contact Frogster on behalf of you and everybody else who's having similar issues. Let them run an investigative report on the story! Think of it as the internet gaming website version of your local news channel's consumer reporter! Even if you don't go that route, posting proof of poor customer service will definitely do more to warn players away than simply claiming "something" negative happened.
FYI - the 30-day wait applies to the new CC payment option, too. At this point, it's basically 30 days for everybody.
