- no flaming please

-my english may not be correct at all so i am sorry

I started playing Last chaos ( game from Aeriagames) 2 years ago, 2 weeks ago i decided to quit so i sold everything and got left that 6 bils, some items and 2 pets, didn't log for 1 week after i sold everything after week i wanted to log in but i couldn't log in so i tryied to log on web site and i got that my account was blocked - I got banned.

- I didn't get any ban notification by e-mail, so i have to send them e-mail by myself

- got automatic response after that that my account was banned for unusual activity.

- got banned on 13.4 now is 18.4 no response from them

now let's ask, is this correct? unusual activity = quit playing, sell everything and don't log for a certain time

Are we just supposed to waste real money on Aeria points even if in the end we get banned?

This is not non-sense thread, this is real fact which i want to show you :

Aeria's services are one of the worst services in the world, but why we should be surprised

Remember that if you just decide to stop play or stop supporting aeria by buying their points or not supporting them at all... they don't care anymore.

I don't want command anyone to not support this association just to warn you before disappointment

and if you are anyways gonna play or playing last chaos or any other game from aeria, transfer your items to other account before quiting, because as i said unactive player = garbage for aeria

Good luck and thanks for reading this.

If you sold your stuff for real-life money, that's probably a violation of the EULA and hence a bannable offense.  If you merely gave stuff away, what you did may have looked to Aeria indistinguishable from some hacker taking over your account and stealing all of your stuff.

As far as wasting real life money on Aeria points, yes, their business model is to try to get you to do that.

Like the previous posted said. Suddenly getting rid of all of our inventory, may have looked to Aeria like someone hacked your account and was stealing all your stuff. So, they locked your account without warning to prevent the hacker from getting any further with your account.

Also, try resetting your password. If you didn't recieve notfication about getting banned, you may be able to reset your password to gain access to your account. I'm not sure though, but give it a try. it would be faster than waiting for customer service.
