Why is it that upon looking at the screenshots, my mind immediately shot to "RUNESCAPE"?
Sure it's a bit different, maybe nicer looking, but wooow are they similar. Even the skills I note, from the bottom of the screenshots: MINING, SMITHING, COOKING? =_=
Eep. Flame as you wish. |

OH YEAH!!?? Well when I look at it I see a cell shaded-ish UO. So.. I agree with you since Runescape looks kinda like UO too... Side note: POST NUMBER 400!!!! HAHAHA!!! ... |

Don't most MMO's have: MINING, SMITHING, COOKING... ectra... oh my!!!

Everquest must be the same as Eternal Lands and Runescape... it has minning, msithing and cooking... heck you can even fight mobs just like in Runescape... lol

The two games are extremely different if you look closer. It's because Runescape uses JAVA, and this game uses client software C++. Though they make look similar because of the ISOMETRIC view, they are 2 different things built on 2 different frameworks. Just see the water on EL, and compare with runescape. Compare the shadows, textures and shaders too. Very different. |
