I currently have a bad computer and can't try out any games. I want to know which of these games are worth trying out. Please tell me if I shouldn't even bother trying some of them out and give a reason. I really like PvP and real time targetting, not the target and spam buttons, but I will play a game like that if the world is good enough.
P.S. If you know of any good F2P PvP oriented games, please tell me about them Thanks ~BRIF

Strange mix of games to pick.
Why not LOTRO? WAR? Not saying they are better but they are other options. Originally posted by shukes33 |

LOTRO and Vanguard have great content. Go with LOTRO, it is a great epic game |

My best advice for you my friend is to look around for the ones that have free trials and try those out before you buy anything. Most MMOs have them now and they at least let you get a feel for the game. The only one who can pick the right game for you is you. Everyone on this forum is going to tell you all kinds of contradictory things about those games on your list based on their own personal tastes. The only way your going to be able to pick the right game for yourself is to try them out first and choose the one that best fits you. If you leave the choice up to others your just setting yourself up for disappointment on many levels.

I don't want to play LotRO because it has no PvP. I've already played WAR and didn't like it. And I also do not like auto attack. |

You need to change the title of you poll to "Which game is better for PVP" |

i have played all of those games but Darkfall and if i had to choose one of those games to play it would be Vanguard. It has the best graphics of all of them in my opinion the PVE is pretty interesting and has a good crafting system just too grindy for my tastes. |

After your home base (starter map) and one more map, the others you can pvp in. Nirvana Server you can't do that at all, except for Bloody Plains or Cave of Conquerors. GL with your search!!!

I agree that LOTRO and EVE are some of the best we are not playing Of the list you gave, I would say AoC is the best all around. |

Vanguard also has auto-attack. It's lightly used, though, as opposed to the start auto-attack, leave the room, and come back to loot system of some other games. If that doesn't bother you and you're looking for a PvP game, then the correct answer is Guild Wars--which you can likely play on your current computer, too. |

Of the ones you've listed I chose CoH/V, the reason being its the only one I've played on that list. Though its a really good game I couldn't play it for more than a month, it gets kinda repeative faster than most MMO's not sure why. I would love to play other games but I can't afford a new graphics card yet, which is why I'm amazed Aion will run on this computer! Really looking forward to it, saving up some cash for a new graphics card (I bought this computer custom made without a card because a year ago when I got it I wasn't sure which card to get, and the onboard intell chip has done fine so far, but I think its time to save up and upgrade) Speaking of! If anyone has any advice on which cards are better Nvidia vs ??? I have not purchased a graphics card in a while and the only company I used before was Nvid, is there anything better out there now? (Please message me if you have any advice on this matter) |

If you are picking up a machine that can run it, try AoC. I doubt I will play past hitting 80, but graphically the game is amazing - well worth the price of admission. Heck, try the trial and see what you think. I'm curious about Chronicles of Spellborne, and I've heard LOTR is pretty decent (but PvE oriented). Depends what you want. Sandbox, go EVE. But it won't push your fancy new rig. |

"Easy" only equals "better" for crack addicts and MMORPG developers. |

I love it how he asks which games of a list he should give a try...and everyone recommends different games that aren't on the list. Personally I would give the free trials a whirl. That alone should give you a month or two of tryin things out. Don't rely on what anybody else says about a game till you experience it yourself. |

If they have a trial, try them all, you are doing yourself an injustice by relying on anyone elses opinion. |
