"My days of not taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle" - Firefly

got it fixed... had to rescan again then it downloaded some stuff... and now it plays!

The game made kind of an odd (positive) first impression on me....  Just because it seems so different and alien....  I'm intriqued and hoping it might have some potential.

the website you get directed to offers a different product called "gameguard personal", which is some sort of security software. anyway, it's not what you're looking for.

here's what you need to do:

run the spellborn launcher and click "check files", it'll run a check which will replace any missing or courrpted files. after the check is done, try launching the game from the launcher. if you still get the same error as before, try to re-install the game (uninstall>install). if you still get the same issue, i recommend to redownload the client.

(BTW, gameguard doesn't work on windows 7 beta yet, so if you're using that you need to wait for a patch. )
