I've been playing warhammer for several months now, and have had a good deal of fun trying all of the classes.

The one class i've really enjoyed thusfar, and have leveled higher than the others is my engineer.

he's rank 33/RR 32 now and i am losing interest.  Scenarios don't pop often,  And while i can fill the gaps with orvr, even that is sparce at best.  I suppose i could level the rest of the way to 40 questing and taking the scenarios when they come up.  but that would leave my Renown rank alot lower than my level, which seems silly to do.

Even if i do make it to 40, if the scenarios and orvr remain as is, increasing my RR will be very time consuming.

I feel sort of lost and dont know if i want to continue playing.

Is/has anyone else felt this?  My server stays at medium/medium population for both sides even into the Early AM hours.  i dont understand why things arent more active.

Advice?

I played WAR from release day 1 to a couple weeks after the new zone system.

I really like WARs pvp system.  I enjoyed every second of my way up to 40 killin people.   One fault would be that pvp should be somehow more painful to lose so you hate your enemies.

I think war is a clear cut example how easy to get into, fast paced, fluid animations, solid classes, just all round great pvp is all for nothing when there is nothing else to do.  Sometimes the scenarios dont pop and no one is taking keeps.   Some times you dont even want to take a keep.  SOmetimes you get bored of doing the same few dungeons over and over and over (lockouts).

All this being said, I love the game.  I got my BW into rr60ish.    When they add a solid pve expansion to the game I will return.

With all of the recent server tranfers I am surprised to hear that you are finding so little rvr.  I thought most were at healthier populations now.  On Iron Rock it seems there is plenty of action.  Most complaints now are about class balance and 'I win' buttons on certain classes.  Hopefully that gets addressed soon too.

Anyway, I would look into transfering to a higher pop server.

I think its like a cafeteria that's open 24hrs a day. Only a few times a day will it ever be full where you have to look around for a seat. Too many tables, not enough patrons. Most times, its bare with a few folks eating lunch solo or some having take-out. :)

Nothing you can do about it really becaues not everyone wants to RvR at the same time. Right about the time that someone comes on to do some, someone else is logging out becaue they've already been doing circles for the last 2 hours. It's only rare times when it ever works out.. and that's most any MMO. You just feel it a whole lot more people unlike most games, this game needs lots of people to make it go. When you don't get it, it magnifies the silence/emptiness that much more.

It has had an empty feeling at times, however, the new RvR changes being proposed may bring some of the ones who are disheartened back to T4 from lower level alts.

T4 right now is just not fun. You can either quest to 40 and hope it changes soon or like most others just reroll and keep doing the same once they hit level 32.

This game is dying a slow death, lets face it. No amount of changes will help it. It may continue to survive on a limited amount of servers but it will never thrive again.

If the server population is decreasing there is nothing you can do. However, if you dont mind rerolling or transfering, I would take a look at Praag. Its RvR areas (T4) is quite populated

OP: no big mystery here, you need to take a break! Trust me, it will do wonders for your appreciation of the game (or any game for that matter).
