I thought this game was still in a beta stage...  Is it actually complete and charging players?  The website is very vague and lacking in concise information.

From what I understand the game just went live like a week ago or so as for the website, this game is run by a very small group of people who are hard at work keeping their customers pleased and don't really have anyone dedicated to updating the site so it gets updated when they have time.

Well I too gave into my curiosity and the sale and now I'm downloading FW and it finished in less then 2 mins =O  I wonder if it'll run in Windows 7 Beta Build 7000... lets find out =D

I can't remember if this question has been asked or not, I'm pretty sure it hasn't, but what are the advantages and disadvantages to each race if any?

I suggest u get rid of those Platinum Medals "bonus" u are selling if u are really marketing this as a p2p game , if not this is just another item mall mmo....i mean let's face it , can get it ingame also fine by me but  if someone can pay rl money and get advantages over other players then there isnt much of a difference btw this and a f2p cashshop game now is there.

I understand your concern but our system works fine for us.

1. Our game is PVE based not PVP, the only real advantages you will have will be over the enemies.

2. Platinum medal system does not provide a large advantage, simply in game bonuses that you can earn on your own. Because platinum medal prices are expensive for a small amount of medals, most players who purchase will do so for a boost, not an unfair advantage. We've done the V.I.P access before on our F2P browser based games so we have a good handle what an "unfair advantage" could be. Most purchases will be to support the community while making up for a few extra platinum medals players fell short of to get a special item. It's meant to work with your hard work not to do all of the work for you.

Alright after logging in there is one disappointment right off the bat.  The lack of character customization.  The different options only change the colors for the most part.  No different hair styles or clothing styles.  For the Angelicas anyways haven't really looked at the other races.  Also tool tips would be nice for the different attributes so players know how adding points to the stat will benifit them.

We will be including more info about the stats on our site soon but keep in mind; you only get 5 points to use in the beginning. It isn't of major consequence to use the early attributes. As you play, you'll get a better handle of the attributes and how to use what where.

As far as the customization goes, when you get your armor, most of everything you have on will be covered. I still like constructive feedback so we will consider this. Feedback on our forums can also help us make improvements to the game.

What i suggest u do is , get rid of the platinum medal thingy , get a demo up for the community , setup a payment plan of say once every 3 months or something , because if people do love your game like u say they are, they will pay 15$ every 3 months for it.

Trust me , no one likes to see these so called advantages being categorized by a individuals wallet.

Thanks for the comment and don't think for a second we do not consider constructive advice. We will be highly considering your request but we also have to see what our members as a whole feel about it as well.

EDIT: We are very confident in our current payment model and our players seem to enjoy it. Changing it now would cause a lot of issues and upset customers. It's not to take away from your idea, it's just to understand the bigger picture. We are considering your perspective for future servers that will be exclusive to no V.I.P packages but so far players seem to prefer it this way.

Provided it can be gained easily in the game there shouldn't be any problem. Since I'm going to have to pay $40 for something I'm hoping to not pay more on later. It wouldn't be a good move to make it a paid item shop game. Still, i'd encourage anyone to give it a try on the coupon deal since some f2p games you end up paying more than that anyways.

Once again, I want to commend you, yodablaze, on taking the criticism very well, it's professional.  I understand there have been quite a few people who have bought the game and I am patiently waiting to hear what they have to say about it.

Did you create a Store Account?  It uses your e-mail as the user name.  If so you just need to login to your Store Account, goto My Account, and a link to download the client as well as your username and password should be there.

I guess its the "Good evening Mr. Hendrix " part that leads me to believe I've created a goddamned account.

Please do this simple thing for us to help us help you.

1. Send us the email you used to create your account. So simple. We can not update your account without this information. We find no email in the username list that matches your paypal email. Once we do this for us, you'll be all set.

2. In the future, try contacting us by email. Almost all players get instant replies that way. 

I was able to purchase and download the game without any issues. Took 10 minutes total from the time i first hit their website. They use paypal as their billing tool but you do not need a paypal account. You can use a credit card just as easily.

LOL how do you get past the character creation screen. There's no buttons on it? Just character, attributes and name.. no ok or done or play button.
